Our History
Jamaica Trading Services will, through the efforts of its committed team, continually completely satisfy the changing logistic needs of its customers by providing them with the highest standard of service.
In 1988 when Jamaica Trading Services Limited started its operation it was with a vision and a genuine commitment to solve the myriad of problems encountered by importers. These were initially Jamaican emigrants who were returning from the U.K. The objective was to offer these often times elderly sojourners with an easy, hassle free door to door delivery service of their goods. Jamaica Trading Services Limited soon became the pioneer of the door to door service in Jamaica. Since that time we have grown and added new service routes and facilities.

Our growing network of agencies facilitates coverage of the Caribbean and the Americas, UK & Europe, Asia and the Far East.
Manufacturers, distributors/retailers, governmental and non-governmental agencies are but some of our customers who all enjoy our full suite and global coverage services.
JTS holds membership with the Customers Brokers Association of Jamaica (CBAJ) and the Shipping Association of Jamaica (SAJ), the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce (JCC) and the Jamaica Exporters Association (JEA). JTS also works closely with other local governing bodies such as the Jamaica Bureau of Standards (JBS), the Jamaica Manufacturers Association (JMA), the Jamaica Promotions Limited (Jampro) and Jamaica Customs.
We are conveniently situated at two locations; on the Port of Kingston and at the Freeport, Montego Bay.
